Client files shouldn’t stall your projects

Problem

Files spread across tools

Assets arrive by email, WeTransfer and Slack, and someone has to collect them.

Expiring transfer links

Download links expire before anyone saves the files to the project folder.

Briefs without the files

Clients send a brief but forget the logos and fonts, so the project waits.

One branded portal per client replaces transfer links.

15M+ files collected. No logins for clients.

How agencies collect client files

How it works

  1. 1

    Create a client portal

One uploader per client or project, with your logo, colors and its own folder.

  2. 2

    Share or embed it

Send the link, or embed the portal on your website or client page.

  3. 3

    Files arrive sorted

Every file lands in the right project folder, and brief answers go to Google Sheets.

Set up your first client portal in two minutes.

One portal, many ways for clients to send files

Give each project an email address for briefs, copy and smaller files. Attachments land in the project folder.

Custom forms

Ask for the project goals, audience, deadline and budget, and add upload fields for logos, fonts and references. Works as a client onboarding questionnaire, a creative brief or a website content form.

Our happy customer

“We have content providers who need to send us video files. With the embed code, we send them a link to our website, where it’s very easy for them to send us files. Dropbox and WeTransfer got complicated for them.”

Frequently asked questions

DriveUploader is a branded client portal for collecting files into Google Drive. Agencies and creative teams use it to receive briefs, brand assets, copy, photos and footage from clients through a link or a portal on their website. Clients don’t need an account, and every file lands in the right project folder in your Drive.

No. Clients open the link or your embedded portal in any browser and upload their files. There is nothing to install and no registration, so a client can send assets between two meetings.

Yes, for collecting files and briefs. Every client or project gets its own branded upload page, and files go straight to your Google Drive. DriveUploader doesn’t include messaging, approvals or invoicing, so it works alongside the tools you already use for those.

There’s no file size limit on any plan: as long as the files fit into your Google Drive storage, clients and crews can send raw footage, layered design files and whole folders in their original quality, so you can receive large files without transfer links. Google’s own limits are 750 GB of uploads per account a day and 5 TB per file, more than a full shoot needs.

Transfer links expire and files have to be downloaded and filed by hand. With DriveUploader, clients upload to a branded page that doesn’t expire, can fill in a brief at the same time, and every file lands directly in the project folder in your Google Drive. See how it compares to WeTransfer.

Yes. Build a form with the questions you need, such as project goals, audience, deadline and budget, and add upload fields for logos, fonts and references. Answers go to Google Sheets and files to the project folder. Custom forms need the Pro plan.

No. DriveUploader collects files from clients; it doesn’t handle reviews, comments or approvals. For feedback on your work, use your review tool or share the Drive folder with the client.

No. Files are stored in your own Google Drive, so you only pay Google for the storage you use. DriveUploader doesn’t charge storage fees.

You can start for free. Free uploaders stay open for 24 hours. For a permanent portal for every client, plans start at $5.99/month; custom forms need the Pro plan. AI processing is optional and uses credits, starting at $9 for 100 documents. With the Team plan, your whole agency manages client portals in one workspace.
