Trusted by 300,000+ users from all industries.
Problem
Print-ready PDFs, artwork and photos bounce back or arrive as download links that expire.
Files arrive without size, quantity, paper or deadline, so every job starts with a follow-up email.
JPGs from a phone instead of a PDF, or three versions and no clear final one.
How it works
Ask for size, quantity, paper and deadline, and choose which file types you accept.
Embed the form on your site or quote page, or send the link with every estimate.
Every order lands in its own Drive folder, named by order number or customer.
Set up your order form in minutes.
Files can start arriving today.
Use cases
Business cards, flyers and brochures with print-ready PDFs and the exact order details.
A t-shirt order form with sizes, colors and quantities, plus the artwork in full quality.
Banners, posters and wall graphics, with files of any size in the original resolution.
Customers attach their files to a quote request, so you price the job right the first time.
Business customers send POs and artwork together; AI logs PO numbers and delivery dates.
How customers send files
Send the link with every estimate or reply to a customer. No account, no app.
Give customers one address for reorders and smaller files. Attachments land in the orders folder.
Embed the upload form on your order, quote or checkout page, with your logo and colors.
Custom forms
Ask for product, size, quantity, paper and deadline, and add an upload field for the artwork. Works as a print request form, a quote request or a t-shirt order form with sizes and colors.
Organized in Google Drive
Files are sorted into a folder per order, named by order number, customer or date from the answers in your form.
Get an email the moment an order arrives, so it goes to prepress sooner.
Route orders into a Shared Drive so prepress, production and the front desk see them at once.

See full pricingDriveUploader is a print order form and file upload tool for print shops, copy centers and apparel printers. Customers send print-ready files of any size together with their order details through a form on your website or a link, without creating an account. Every order is saved to its own folder in your Google Drive.
No. Customers open your form or link in any browser, fill in the order details and upload their files. There is nothing to install and no registration, so customers can send artwork the moment it’s ready.
There’s no file size limit on any plan; print files only need to fit into your Google Drive storage. Customers can send large PDFs, TIFFs, layered PSDs and whole folders in their original quality, so you can receive large files without email limits. Google’s own limits are 750 GB of uploads per account a day and 5 TB per file, well beyond any wide-format print file.
Yes. Choose which file types each uploader accepts, for example PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF and PSD, and set a maximum file size if you need one. Customers can’t upload anything else.
Yes. Embed the uploader or a custom order form on your website, quote page or checkout, with your logo and colors. It works with WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and custom sites. Custom forms need the Pro plan.
Dropbox File Request and WeTransfer move files, but they don’t collect order details or sort jobs. DriveUploader asks for the product, size, quantity and deadline in the same form, saves every order to its own Google Drive folder and lets you restrict file types. It has no file size limit on any plan.
No. Print management and web-to-print systems handle pricing, proofing, production and invoicing. DriveUploader does one job: it collects files and order details from customers into Google Drive. It works alongside your print software, and you can send new orders to it through webhooks or the API.
Most print shops ask for a print-ready PDF in the final size with 3 mm (1/8 inch) bleed, CMYK colors instead of RGB, images at 300 dpi and all fonts embedded or outlined. List your requirements in the uploader description, and limit uploads to the formats you accept. DriveUploader doesn’t check print files itself.
You can start for free. Free uploaders stay open for 24 hours. For a permanent order form on your website, plans start at $5.99/month; custom order forms need the Pro plan. AI processing is optional and uses credits, starting at $9 for 100 documents. With the Team plan, your whole shop manages uploaders in one workspace.
